Tanner H. Hicks

Managing Partner

Tanner is a seasoned investor, property developer and dealmaker with over 17 years of consultancy and investment experience. He has held pivotal roles as lender's advisor, project manager and consultant on multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects, including Istanbul Atatürk Airport, Skopje International Airport and the King Abdullah Economic City.

He founded Ajito in 2014 to source personal property investment and development projects, including professional and student co-living units and multiple commercial to residential schemes. He has worked with private and institutional investors as well as equity partners to build and deliver successful projects.

In 2023, Tanner partnered with Sam to launch Ajito Property Ltd, combining their technical proficiency and strategic vision to drive ambitious development projects.

Sam Donaldson

Managing Partner

Sam is an experienced property developer and engineer with a background spanning the military, engineering delivery, commercial and residential development sectors. As a former Marine Engineer, he was responsible for the operation and maintenance of complex mechanical and electrical systems aboard Naval vessels, working in high pressure environments where reliability and precision were mission critical.

Following his military service, Sam moved into engineering technical authority roles, building maintenance programs and leading on design changes and system upgrades from concept to implementation. Alongside this, he developed hands on property experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects across Hampshire, with a strong focus on build quality, efficiency and long term performance.
